Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson:
The popular Hollywood couple announced on March 11 that they were infected and were admitted to a Gold Coast hospital in Australia.
The best-selling Chilean writer, who lives in northern Spain, said he was infected. Reports say he showed symptoms of the coronavirus in February after returning from a literary festival in Portugal.
The French actress, who starred in the Bond movie Quantum of Solace, announced on March 15 that she had tested positive for the coronavirus.
The voice of Honeymaren in the movie ‘Frozen II’, informed via instagram that she has tested positive for coronavirus COVID-19.
The British actor and musician said he has tested positive for COVID-19 on March 16 in a video posted on social media and that, although he had no symptoms so far, he was isolating himself from others.
Spanish opera singer Placido Domingo announced on facebook that he has tested positive for the coronavirus COVID-19.
Daniel Dae Kim:
Known primarily for ABC’s Lost TV series, announced on March 19 that he tested positive for the novel coronavirus. He tweeted, “Ready for a fight? I am. Yesterday I was diagnosed with COVID-19, the disease caused by the #coronavirus. I posted something on my Instagram page if you’d like to hear a little about my experience.”
The 41-year-old actor, who played Tormund on Game of Thrones, tested positive for the new coronavirus on March 17. Known for his fiery red hair and beard, he said he and his family were in self-isolation at home in Norway.
Bollywood playback singer Kanika Kapoor is the first Indian celebrity to be tested positive for coronavirus. She wrote in an Instagram post, “For the past four days, I have had signs of flu. I got myself tested and it came positive for Covid-19. My family and I are in complete quarantine now and following medical advice on how to move forward. Contact mapping of people I have been in touch with is underway as well.”
The US radio and television talk show host, producer, and writer tested positive for the coronavirus on March 20.
The CNN news anchor was diagnosed with COVID-19 and will be working from home, the network said in a memo to employees on March 31.
